Welcome Fred Metzger Our New Executive Salesperson!

We're thrilled to announce that Frederick Metzger has joined us as our new Executive Salesperson here at A.N. Webber Logistics. Fred brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in sales, logistics, and customer service, making him a valuable addition to our team.

With over a decade of experience in the logistics industry, Fred has demonstrated his ability to develop and grow both new and existing business opportunities. His background includes roles at reputable companies such as Forward Freight (NFI) and Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc., where he excelled in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

During his time at Forward Freight a division of NFI, Fred served as a Sales Executive, where he played a key role in negotiating pricing agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing CRM tools to track leads effectively. His dedication to understanding customers' shipping needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions has consistently led to positive outcomes for both clients and the company

At Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc., Fred held the position of Mode Manager, where he was responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing new team members. His expertise in managing modal services, negotiating rates, and optimizing profitability through constant monitoring of financial performance and KPIs has been instrumental in driving success for the organization.

Fred commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his educational background, holding B.S. Degrees in Business Administration and Foodservice & Hospitality Management from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
